we are a boutique specialist spare parts business operating from our warehouse in alexandria, sydney.
unlike every about us page claiming to be Australia's biggest and best, we are a small team focused on keeping good appliances running. we specialise in parts for older Australian-made and european appliances, the kiwi beauty fisher & paykel dishdrawers, and other machines worth repairing rather than replacing.
we also supply commercial spares for roband, stoddart and other commercial equipment, serving cafés, restaurants and coffee shops.
everything we list is in stock on our own shelf, and we provide a fit or refund guarantee for most of our products: if a covered part does not fit, you get your money back. we are sydney based and pack and post from alexandria.
pickup and visits are by prior arrangement only. please contact us before coming to the warehouse so we can confirm someone will be available. otherwise you won't find anybody there. we don't work regular hours.
