1. who we are

2. prices

everyone sees the same prices, signed in or not. there are no trade accounts or hidden tiers. need 20 or more of one part? ask for a volume quote. prices are in Australian dollars and include GST, and a tax invoice is supplied for every order.

3. genuine, OEM and aftermarket parts

• genuine: the item comes with factory markings and brand packaging.
• OEM: sourced from the original equipment manufacturer, with a supply trail we can establish through our supply chain. the item comes without any brand logo. we rarely use this label.
• aftermarket replacement: a quality replacement, mostly sourced from factories that work with name brands. brand names are used only to describe which appliances a part suits.

4. what a fitment listing means

a product page lists the appliance models a part is known to suit. we never imply fitment for a model that is not listed. always compare the model number on your appliance's label. the model number guide shows where to find it.

6. AI agents and automated tools

AI assistants, shopping agents and search tools are welcome to read this website and quote our policies to help customers. please:
