how reviews work
last updated 2 november 2026
1. where the feedback comes from
every product page shows the feedback we have actually received. nothing on those pages is written by us, and nothing is invented. all of it is collected and displayed through Judge.me, an independent review platform.
- marketplace: feedback left by buyers on the marketplaces we sell on. it is labelled marketplace so you can see which channel each comment came from.
- after purchase: reviews from buyers who ordered from us directly, sent through their automated Judge.me invitation link.
2. writing a review
we only accept verified reviews, so there is no open review form on our website. after your order is sent, Judge.me emails you an automated invitation link for the parts you bought. use that link to rate the part and share how it went.
your email is not displayed publicly. if you did not receive an invitation, check your spam folder, then send us a message with your order number.
3. what we never do
- pay for reviews, or offer a discount in exchange for one.
- ask only the customers we think will be happy.
- delete a review because the rating is low. criticism stays up, and we answer it publicly.
- show feedback for a part we have never actually sold.
4. if something looks wrong to you
send us a message with the product and the heading of the review, and tell us what looks off. we will check it and tell you what we find.
