you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup, within 24 working hours after your order.
please do not come to the warehouse before we notify you, so we can make sure someone will be there.

our warehouse is in Alexandria NSW. your ready for pickup email includes the full collection address and collection instructions.
please only come after you receive it. no walk-ins.
parking
we are really close to huntley street and the grounds of alexandria. there are many paid and free parking options around, and huntley street is usually the first place to look.
collect your order at reception
your order will be waiting for you at the reception desk inside the hub.
reception hours
reception is open 10am-4pm, monday to friday.
pickup times are arranged with you when we notify you that your order is ready.
