this is a filter plate for selected fisher & paykel dishdrawer dishwashers. the broad perforated plate sits above the sump and helps keep food scraps out of the wash system. you receive one genuine 524467 type 16 plate with the 608 overmoulded design.
replace a cracked, warped, broken or missing plate when it no longer sits correctly or allows food debris through. one plate serves one drawer; order two only when replacing both drawers' plates.

One filter plate per drawer
Part 524467 is the broad Type 16 filter plate. In the DD60DDFX9 81213-B parts diagram it is item 1. The central drain/microfilter and motor locking ring are separate parts and are not included. One plate serves one drawer; a double DishDrawer needs two only if both plates are being replaced.
Refitting the filter plate
Allow the drawer to cool and disconnect power before maintenance. The manufacturer care guide for its listed DD60 models shows the plate lifting out after the drain filter is removed. Clear loose debris, seat the plate flat, and refit the drain filter and spray arm as the model guide requires. The illustration is a model-specific example, not a universal disassembly procedure.
