this is a door seal for selected scholtes, hotpoint and cannon ovens using the C00091946 seal format. it seals around the door to limit escaping heat. you receive one black, four-sided seal with an open joint and seven fitted clips, approximately 560 x 360 mm when relaxed.
replace a torn, brittle or flattened seal when it lets heat escape. for hotpoint EG900X, the instructions require service for a damaged seal and advise keeping the oven out of use until repaired.
