how to make sure it fits?

find your complete appliance model
read the full model, keeping /1 or /I suffixes. with a freestanding cooker cool, check the right-hand oven opening as in the photo example; positions vary. for a separate cooktop, use an accessible label or paperwork. do not dismantle it. note the serial number as well as the full model.
check the model and switch layout
check your full model and serial number against the details listed for this part. if the serial details aren't shown, send us the whole appliance label before ordering. match any stated fitting conditions too. this is one A/401/14 clip-on switch with two leads and insulated terminals, not a complete switch chain. the switch body, terminal layout and original rating must match; the stated rating is 0.2 A, 250 V, T140.
not sure? ask us
send the whole appliance label and an old-switch photo if already accessible when the model is unlisted or you are unsure. if you cannot find the label, send appliance photos or the manual. internal gas/electrical work requires a suitably qualified repairer.

fitting notes

Check the part being replaced

Match the complete ILVE model code, including /1, /I or any other suffix, in the compatibility checker. Have the old switch body, clip-on mounting, lead length and insulated terminals compared before ordering. This is one switch, not a complete multi-burner switch set or a spark generator.

What this repair can address

Have your repairer compare the clip-on body, two leads and insulated terminals with the old switch. Do not select an ignition part only because it looks similar. One switch is supplied per unit ordered, so confirm the quantity needed before buying.

Fitting notes are provided for general guidance only. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation. Always do your own checks and take these notes with a grain of salt.
