how to make sure it fits?

find your fridge model and product code
check inside the cabinet near the bottom right and copy the full model and product code, including every suffix and revision letter. the diagram is an example; label positions vary between cabinet designs.
match your model and left runner
check that both your full model and product code are listed for this part before ordering, including any revision letter. match any stated fitting conditions too. this is the left-hand 836703 runner, viewed facing the appliance. compare the old runner's position and retention points; another drawer in the same fridge can use a different runner. 836702 is the separate right-hand part.
not sure? ask us
if your model, product code or runner position is unclear, send clear photos of the whole label and the existing runner in its drawer position. if you cannot find the label, send a fridge photo or the manual.

description

this is a left-hand drawer slide for selected fisher & paykel fridges and freezers. the telescopic ball-bearing runner supports and guides the drawer. one genuine 836703 metal slide assembly is supplied in original packaging; left-hand means your left when facing the appliance.

replacing a worn or bent runner may resolve stiff or uneven drawer travel when the runner is the cause. this is the 836703 left drawer-runner arrangement; another drawer within the same fridge can use a different runner.

fitting notes

Match the drawer and the side

This is the left side when you face the fridge. Similar-looking runners can serve different drawers. In the E372BLE2 manual for product code 23589-A, 836703 belongs to reference 31; the 305-series pair is reference 28. Those callout numbers apply only to that diagram. Compare the old rail and mounting points before ordering.

Internal tray rail or main freezer drawer?

A main freezer-drawer slide is not the same component as this 836703 runner. For example, the RF201ADUSX4 manual for product 24206-A lists 836702/836703 at reference 34, and 838200/838199 main-drawer slides at reference 35. Use the diagram for your full model and product code; these reference numbers are not universal.

Refitting the runner

Unplug the appliance and remove the drawer following its model instructions. Reuse the correct existing fixings and seat the runner clips fully. Check both runners are aligned before refitting the empty drawer and testing its travel. Get technician help if access or the drawer-release method is unclear.

RF440 models: check the product code

This rail is not suitable for RF440TRPW6 product 25010-A or RF440TRPX6 product 25575-A. Those versions use the 305-series runners, 836700 right and 836701 left. Other product-code revisions need checking; send a photo of the complete appliance label before ordering.

Fitting notes are provided for general guidance only. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation. Always do your own checks and take these notes with a grain of salt.
