description
this is a two-pack of carbon filters for selected euromaid recirculating rangehoods. the activated-carbon cartridges help reduce cooking odours as filtered air returns to the kitchen. two round black filters are supplied, each approximately 175 mm in diameter and 35 mm thick, with centre twist-lock mounting.
replace saturated AXFC1-style cartridges when odour control declines, following the appliance's replacement interval. these filters are disposable rather than washable.

- Protective gloves and a torch; normally no tool for the twist-lock cartridges. A model-appropriate screwdriver may be needed for a retaining panel. Use stable access and follow the appliance manual.

Compare the centre mount, not just the diameter
Check the old filter's centre opening and locking tabs as well as its approximately 175 mm diameter and 35 mm thickness. The cartridge must seat and lock without forcing it. If there is no old filter, send photos of the full appliance label and the mounting inside the hood before ordering.
Carbon and metal grease filters are different parts
This pack contains two round carbon cartridges for recirculating operation. The removable metal mesh grease-filter panel is a separate part and is not included. Do not wash these carbon cartridges. Follow the appliance manual for the replacement interval and refit the grease-filter panel after changing them.
