why is my dishwasher wash staying cold?
a wash that used to heat but now stays cold needs its heating circuit assessed. a relay, heater or another control can be involved, so the symptom does not identify which part to buy.
note the programme and any visible message. do not reach into wash water, touch a heater or repeat heating programmes to test the fault. keep internal access closed.
the linked relay guide is relevant only after a technician confirms a failed matching relay. the 6002930 plug-in relay has a 220-240 V ac coil and no small side screw hole; it is distinct from 12 V dc 5870220 and EZL517-A / 09053390 versions. it is not a heater or a larger relay assembly. the repairer must compare the old label, connections and mounting and complete the appropriate electrical checks.
first checks
- record the existing fault
provide the programme, full model and displayed message without opening the machine or recreating a cold wash.
