when to get help
- if the drawer will not release or the dosing system differs, ask for model-specific help. water that still overflows after cleaning needs service assessment.
steps
- release the drawer
switch the machine off. find the drawer catch in the manual and release it gently. remove only the insert shown as removable; do not force a stuck drawer.
- soak and brush away deposits
soak the removable pieces and loosen dried detergent or conditioner with a soft brush. rinse and dry them. do not poke into concealed water passages.
- refit the insert
lock the insert back into its original position, then slide the drawer fully home.
