for Philips OneUp XV3101/01 and XV5113/01 original pads and tanks, switch off and disconnect charging before the documented foot release. wash and naturally dry the original pad, rinse tanks and lids with water only, and refit dry parts without wetting the powered body.

when to get help
- stop for broken connectors, battery damage or leaks into the powered body and contact support. if odour persists after cleaning and drying, ask for further care advice rather than adding detergent to the tanks.
steps
- release the pad
turn off the mop and disconnect charging. on these original OneUp pads, step on both sides of the pad and lift the appliance away. do not pull the cloth away from its plastic connectors.
- wash and dry the original pad
for XV3101/01 and XV5113/01 original pads, rinse under the tap without wringing, or machine-wash at up to 40 C in a half-filled washing machine as the Philips care guide specifies. after two manual washes, use the machine-wash method. let the pad dry naturally with its fabric side up; do not tumble-dry. these limits do not establish care for a different or aftermarket pad.
- rinse the tanks without detergent
release the removable tanks by the model's method and remove their lids. empty and rinse them with tap water no hotter than 50 C, without detergent. keep water out of the powered body. air-dry tanks and lids before refitting them, then press the head onto the pad's plastic connectors.
