when to get help
- do not use wet or damaged filters. get help for a blockage that will not release or poor suction after the permitted care.
steps
- empty the bin with power unplugged
switch off and unplug the vacuum. empty the container when dust reaches the max mark. check the detached hose and floorhead for an obvious obstruction.
- rinse the correct filters
remove the fine dust filter from the back of the bin and separate its mat. rinse both in cold water without detergent or brushes. leave both to dry completely for at least 24 hours before refitting.
- keep exhaust-filter care separate
once both pieces are completely dry and at least 24 hours have passed, fit the mat into the fine dust filter with its soft side up and its removal loop visible. secure the filter and bin. do not wash the exhaust filter by this method; follow its own replacement instructions if suction remains poor.
