why does my Speed Queen AWNE92SN305AW01 not fill for the normal eco rinse?
on the Speed Queen AWNE92SN305AW01, normal eco uses a spray rinse rather than filling the tub for its main rinse. the absence of a full tub at that stage alone does not show that an inlet valve has failed.
model scope: Speed Queen AWNE92SN305AW01 only.
check which stage and cycle you are watching. this explanation is specific to AWNE92SN305AW01 and does not describe every Speed Queen or commercial-laundry machine.
if you use fabric softener on normal eco, the guide specifies second rinse. the optional rinse water is cold, so cold rinse water is not, by itself, a reason to replace a hot-water valve. the linked rinse-setting guide explains this distinction.
keep the lid protection working. if water also fails to enter during an ordinary wash stage, check the required taps and visible hose kinks, then arrange further checking if necessary. do not hold the lid open to force a soak or bypass its lock.
possible causes
- normal eco spray-rinse operation
- fabric softener used without the specified second rinse option
